WEBThu Nov 28, 2019 9:04 am. FYI Rift s (PC only) is currently £350 in the UK. Quest (stand alone) is £399 plus I have been told that a sutiable link cable (to attach to PC) is £79 in UK. So £350 vs £478. If it turns out there is a lower cost cable that works, then yes, the Quest may be the best option.

Hi , try "oculus tray tool", you can google that. start it (as admin) before running oculus and condor. set condor graphik on MSAA 2 , and traytool supersampling around 1.5 . try some variation of that. regards bernie.

You can perform basic control of the Condor2 UI outside of a running simulation by using the Oculus home virtual desktop mode with the rift controllers. (Not sure how it compares to the Rift S but it will be at least slightly better) Oculus does have a feature where you can pin a window in VR which I use to bring XCSoar in by running it on the PC and linking it with a serial port emulator. Don't underestimate how good VR is for Condor.
