Are we free to choose what time to arrive and avail the tour? Or there is a definite time to start with the tour? I have plan my itinerary and probably I will arrive at the location at 16:00. Just want to clarify if this is possible so I could adjust my itinerary. Thank you.
A:
Tours are starting in every 30 minutes or so, you can pop in and talk to them in person, it is possible to schedule you in for a specific time. The staff is really helpful and professional.

We booked a few hours before but some people arrived without booking whilst we were there.
