The companies said Justice Alexandre de Moraes’s gag orders to ban accounts violated U.S. sovereignty and its free-speech protections.

The suit against Alexandre de Moraes alleges he violated the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution by ordering the suspension of U.S.-based accounts of a Brazilian political commentator.
