Lawyers for Sean "Diddy" Combs are again asking the judge overseeing his sex trafficking trial to declare a mistrial based on alleged prosecutorial misconduct.

Sean “Diddy” Combs’ lawyers sent a letter to the judge asking again for a mistrial in the music mogul's sex trafficking case. Combs' defense team alleged “prosecutorial misconduct,” claiming prosecutors knew one witness’ testimony was false.
