Penn State running backs Kaytron Allen and Nicholas Singleton both announced Monday that they will return to the Nittany Lions for the 2025 season.

Penn State's Kaytron Allen and Nicholas Singleton, who each surpassed 1,000 rushing yards this season, and DE Dani Dennis-Sutton are returning for the 2025 season.

Allen led Penn State in carries (220) and rushing yards (1,108) as the two became the first Penn State backs to rush for 1,000 yards in the same season. Both Singleton and Allen, part of the 2022 recruiting class, have talked positively about the position share and its ability to protect their long-term health.

Penn State running back Nicholas Singleton is returning in 2025. Had he entered the 2025 NFL Draft, the Governor Mifflin graduate Singleton was projected to be a mid-round draft prospect. His teammate Kaytron Allen also announced a return to the Nittany Lions for next year.
