Kelley Wolf's video comes three days after she and former "Party of Five" star Scott Wolf announced their divorce after 21 years of marriage.

Days after announcing her split from Scott Wolf, the “Party of Five” actor’s estranged wife Kelley was admitted to a Utah hospital. “Deputies responded to the Sundance Resort for a report of a female that needed some help,” local law enforcement told People in a June 13 statement.

It is with a heavy heart that Scott and I are moving forward with the dissolution of our marriage,” she wrote on social media.

“Party of Five” alum Scott Wolf and his wife, Kelley Wolf, are calling it quits after 21 years of marriage. In a statement shared with People on Tuesday, June 10, Scott said filing for divorce from Kelley was “the most difficult decision of [his] life.”
