The top-polling mayoral candidates behind frontrunner Andrew Cuomo announced on Friday that they will cross-endorse each other in an effort to beat him. Zohran Mamdani, who is running second in the polls, and Brad Lander, who is polling third, made their announcement a day before early voting is set to begin.
The PAC said the image was released without its consent. A Cuomo spokesperson called the picture "absurd and disrespectful."
