All-Pro cornerback Patrick Surtain II touted the Denver Broncos' future prospects following Sunday's season-ending loss at Buffalo, expressing his belief that the team is "not that far off" from hosting a playoff game.

Denver is considered an 8.5-point underdog going into the game in Buffalo. The Bills lead the all-time series against the Broncos 23-17-1, but Denver beat them in Buffalo last season. The Broncos are returning to the NFL playoffs for the first time since winning Super Bowl 50 with Von Miller, who now plays for the Bills.

The Arizona Cardinals did not make the playoffs this season, but come of their former players did. The NFL playoffs continue Sunday with three games on the schedule. The first has the Denver Broncos on the road against the Buffalo Bills.
