Heat the oil in a pan and add all the chopped vegetables with vinegar, chilli sauce, salt, pepper and soy sauce. Saute the vegetables on a medium flame for 3-4 minutes.
Place a spoonful of the paneer filling in the centre. Fold the dough to form a momo and seal the edges. Make sure they are sealed properly to prevent the filling from coming out.
