Locate the HTML file you want to add the downloadable link to, and double-click the filename to open it. Scroll down to the section of the Web page where you want the link to the file to appear.

These links are not seen by the user and let the HTML file link to CSS files (used for styling) and JavaScript files (used to add interactive content).
