Command Prompt lets you create all kinds of files on your Windows PC. Here's a guide explaining all the different methods to create a file using Command Prompt.
Quick note: While batch files typically use the.bat file extensions, you can also find them using the .cmd or.btm file extensions. Once you complete the steps, double-click the file to run it.
Click the folder icon with a plus (+) on it to create a new folder in which to place your file. Once you’ve found the right location, click Move Here, and the file will be relocated.
