Reports that Kanye West and Bianca Censori are headed for divorce after splitting days after the rap mogul’s wife shocked attendees at the 2025 Grammys with a nude look on the music awards show’s red carpet and he went on an antisemitic social media tirade are entirely false, their longtime rep told The Hollywood Reporter on Thursday.

In Californian law, divorcing couples with no prenup generally split assets 50-50, regardless of who actually earned those assets and how long the couple were married. If Kanye West and Bianca Censori don’t have a prenup and do get a divorce, then in theory Bianca could end up with as much money as $200 million (£159 million).

Kanye West married Yeezy designer Bianca Censori in a secret ceremony in December 2022 — and the couple has been making waves ever since. The pair recently caused a stir when they hit the Grammys 2025 red carpet, in which Censori’s nude body was on full display.
