CA (February 3, 2023) – Wednesday evening, Joshua Brandon was fatally injured in a rear-end crash on Interstate 80. The incident happened just before 10:30 p.m., near East Richmond Parkway.
Congestion on the bridge is a real issue, but it is not caused by walkers, cyclists and others using the trail.
