While some fans were expecting Tom Holland's Spider-Man in Avengers: Doomsday, he may miss the Marvel movie for a key reason.

The 28-year-old is currently filming Christopher Nolan’s The Odyssey. With Avengers: Doomsday now in production, Holland cannot be in two places at once. Daniel Richtman reported that a stunt double will film some of Holland’s scenes as he finishes work on The Odyssey.

Avengers: Doomsday, set to release in May 2026 and now officially in production, has already become the most awaited film more than even a year ahead of its release.
