The Cincinnati Bengals are finally rising in some NFL power rankings after securing their first victory of the season against the Carolina Panthers.

Those Cowboys signed K.J. Henry off Cincinnati’s practice squad, going as far as giving him a two-year deal to join the 53-man roster, according to ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler. The Bengals added Henry off the waiver wire in late August and Henry was depth they could have called up to the active roster as needed.

With Micah Parsons and DeMarcus Lawrence sidelined, the Cowboys have signed defensive end KJ Henry to the active roster.
