After doubling up the Memphis Grizzlies on the scoreboard for most of the second half, the Oklahoma City Thunder started their hopeful deep NBA playoff run with a bang. A historic 131-80 Game 1 win set the tone for the first seed against the eighth seed.

The Grizzlies struggled to get anything going against Oklahoma City's stingy defense. Star point guard Ja Morant had 17 points on 6-of-17 shooting. Marvin Bagley added 17 points off the bench on 8-of-8 shooting, the team's lone bright spot.
