CVS Health has added four new board members, including the chief executive of a hedge fund that has been critical of the struggling healthcare giant.

Among the new CVS directors is Larry Robbins, chief executive of the hedge fund, which recently took a stake in the healthcare giant.

CVS Health said on Monday it would add four new members to its board in an agreement with Glenview Capital Management, including the hedge fund's chief executive Larry Robbins. Shares of the healthcare conglomerate rose nearly 3% in premarket trading.
