Bar Louie, an Addison-headquartered gastropub, announced in March it is filing for Chapter 11 bankruptcy. The company first filed in 2020 but then were bought back by BLH TopCo, their current owners.

This gastropub was once a popular strip mall and shopping center staple, but the chain has notably struggled to turn a profit in recent years.
