Mac McClung will go for a three-peat as the reigning two-time NBA slam dunk contest champion will return for this year's All-Star event, sources told ESPN's Shams Charania.

The field for the NBA slam dunk contest is set, with Mac McClung reportedly joining as the fourth and final participant, per ESPN's Sham Charania. McClung will attempt to win the contest for the third straight year,

The Dunk Contest will be part of All-Star Saturday Night, Feb. 15 at the Chase Center in San Francisco (home to the Golden State Warriors). The entire evening will be broadcast on TNT, including the 3-point contest and a reported return (and expansion) of the Stephen Curry/Sabrina Ionescu shootout.

Mac McClung will compete against Bucks second-year player Andre Jackson Jr., Bulls rookie Matas Buzelis and Spurs rookie Stephon Castle.
