The Flames traded for Morgan Frost and Joel Farabee on Thursday night, agreeing to send Andrei Kuzmenko, Jakob Pelletier, a second-round pick and a seventh round pick to Philadelp

The Flyers made a late-night shakeup, reaching a deal with the Flames that sent longtime faces Joel Farabee and Morgan Frost to Calgary. In return, the Flyers are getting wingers Andrei Kuzmenko and Jakob Pelletier, a second-round draft pick this summer and a seventh-round draft pick in 2028.

In the end, this is not a perfect trade for the Flames, either. They get two players who could work out for them in the long run. In the same vein as how Kuzmenko and Pelletier could work for the Flyers. Until that happens, though, it's hard to give them the highest of grades.
