The Racine County Sheriff's Office Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Unit recently made its 12th and 13th arrests of the year for possession of child pornography.

A Menard County man is under arrest after State Police said an investigation revealed he was distributing child pornography. The investigation into Shane Guernsey, 51, started in June, when ISP officials said they learned he had and was distributing child sex abuse material.
