Matt Bond, head of content distribution for NBCUniversal, is stepping down from his post after more than 20 years at NBCU and Comcast.

NBCUniversal distribution chief Matt Bond has announced his retirement, citing the pending revamp of NBCU's Media Group led by Matt Strauss.

SpinCo is being headed up by Mark Lazarus, former chair of NBCU TV and streaming. Senior exec changes have seen Val Boreland taking the reins for entertainment. MSNBC chief Rashida Jones has stepped down, while Peacock president Kelly Campbell has also exited.
