Schumacher was undoubtedly the star of the show under Todt's leadership, the former Ferrari boss insists he is still in touch with the German, more than a decade since the F1 legend suffered a long-term brain injury following a skiing accident.

Jean Todt, who was in charge of Ferrari’s Formula 1 team during Michael Schumacher’s reign atop the sport, has pulled back the curtain a bit about the racing legend. Schumacher suffered life-changing injuries during a skiing accident 12 years ago and has not made a public appearance since.

The V10 F1 Engine is signed by seven-time world champion Michael Schumacher himself, and it will go up for auction with no reserve on February 5th in Paris. This is the same engine that powered Schumacher’s Ferrari F300 Formula 1 race car during the 1998 season.
