One person was killed and another was booked with vehicular homicide after a fatal, single-vehicle crash in Tangipahoa Parish, authorties said.

The vehicle, a black Lincoln MKX, belonged to William Abraham, police said. Abraham, 69, of Baton Rouge, was found dead of blunt force trauma, rolled in tarp on the side of La. 51 between Fluker and the village of Tangipahoa, shortly before 8 a.m. Sunday.
