WALB has reached out to officials to get more information on what led to the shooting and the identification of the victim.

The GBI confirmed 68-year-old Larry Johnson was shot to death and pronounced dead at the scene. Johnson’s body is being taken to the GBI’s Macon crime lab for an autopsy.
