Election Day smelled pretty good at Wilmington's Williston Middle School, one of many voting sites in New Hanover County. Under a tent, and in front of a huge gas grill, Sam Armstrong was cooking up fish, shrimp, chicken and rice, and french fries Tuesday morning.
