MANILA, Philippines — The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) is investigating more than 40 complaints alleging deceptive sales practices at the recently held Circus Music Festival in Pasig.

Circus Music Festival earlier announced it would give out free Hoodie, Tshirt, bucket hat and Tote bag (worth 2,000) to ticket holders who purchased Platinum tickets for P1,999.
