LANSING, MI – A dead French bulldog was found yesterday in a cat carrier that was left at a park in Lansing, police said.

Ingham County authorities found a deceased French bulldog in a carrier at Everett Park, Lansing, sparking an investigation.

Animal control officers asking for information that could help them determine who left the dog there, the Facebook post said.
