Dover Police Chief William Breault is announcing road closures for the annual Red’s Race for a Better Community.

After getting swept in Boston, the Cardinals wrapped their first road trip of the season with a 2-1 loss in 13 innings to the Pirates at PNC Park on Wednesday.
