In recent months, Ticketmaster has been under fire by customers over high-ticket prices, fees and resellers causing fans headaches during sales of major shows and tours from Kendrick Lamar and SZA's upcoming Grand National Tour to Billy Joel and Stevie Nicks at MetLife Stadium.
