AAP leader Arvind Kejriwal claims BJP is conspiring to halt the party's welfare initiatives, targeting the 'Mahila Samman Yojana.' The Delhi LG is investigating alleged misuse of personal data collected for the scheme.

The probe was ordered against private persons for allegedly collecting personal details of women in the name of the Mahila Samman Yojana.

Responding to the accusations on Saturday, AAP clarified that the data collection process involved only a 'missed call' mechanism with the prior consent of individuals.

While Delhi LG Vinai Kumar Saxena ordered a probe into the alleged personal data collection, Kejriwal accused the BJP of trying to stop the free electricity-water-bus schemes.

BJP's Manoj Tiwari claimed that the AAP government has not taken steps to fix issues related to drinking water, drainage, roads and the public transport system.
