Dakoda Fissel Westfall, 27, was found guilty of aggravated indecent assault and other offenses relating to the July 29, 2022 incident after a three-day trial.

William Paul Westfall, 96, passed away Wednesday, March 12, 2025. Paul was born in Clarksburg, West Virginia. He graduated from Austin High School and served in the Army during the Korean War.
