Grant Udinski completed a rapid rise through the NFL coaching ranks when he was hired as the Jacksonville Jaguars' offensive coordinator on Wednesday. The 29-year-old most recently was the Minnesota Vikings' assistant offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach.
