HBO has announced the three actors who will take on the iconic roles of Harry, Ron and Hermione in the new "Harry Potter" TV series.

We finally know who will be leading HBO's new Harry Potter adaptation – screen newcomers Dominic McLaughlin will star as Harry Potter, while Arabella Stanton will play Hermione Granger and Alastair Stout will be Ron Weasley. You can see their first official image together above, although we hope to get one in costume very soon.

HBO’s new “Harry Potter” series has cast Dominic McLaughlin to play Harry Potter, Arabella Stanton in the role of Hermione Granger, and Alastair Stout as Ron Weasley. In the original movie franchise, the roles were played by Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson and Rupert Grint, respectively.
