These amazing pups work alongside our human lifeguards to perform water rescues and patrol the beach for swimmers in distress. As second responders, our lifeguard dogs are an integral part of our beach safety team. Beacon is the first pup in the nation to serve as a lifeguard at a public beach, and Buoy is in his first year of training.
