Hi so I just got this message from Verizon on my cell phone. I have a Samsung Galaxy s9. "Verizon Msg: Samsung Messages will no longer support RCS after 1.6.2025. Switch to Google Messages to maintain the more robust messaging you're used to." I just used the basic text messaging app that is on the phone when you get the phone.

Seems samsung knows about bricking many phones with the last update, try looking it up on reddit . I wonder if samsung had the brains to tell people not to patch their phones . You would think so but who knows, good luck. I updated a few weeks ago but only thing I noticed is phone stumbles now and then. Good luck.

After changing my Google password, Email asks me to enter my password, but when I click on the box, it disappears and takes me to a screen apparently either to create a Gmail account and associate my Gmail address with Samsung Email (I'm not sure what it's really asking me to do).

Dec 11, 2024 · Works fine for me. Try clearing cache for the Google app and if that doesn't work wipe cache partition through recovery.

Dec 26, 2024 · My Samsung Smart TV is conflicting w/ my Samsung gaming Monitor odyssey g70b. the on/off power button on the TV remote turns on/off my monitor. The monitor came with it's own IR remote that has no effect on the TV. The issue seems to be the TV remote being able to turn on/off both devices.
